bosd and windows error recovery screen loop

I did a restore point a week back from when my laptop was acting up..since then Ive been getting the bsod then switches to the windows error recovery screen in a loop..now..I cant launch startup repair (it loops back to the error recovery screen) and start windows normally will load but then loops back to the error recovery screen..I can go into f8 but it doesnt matter what I choose none of the options will work..I went into f12 and go into bios setup and i ran a system configuration and every thing is running fine..I also can change the boot sequence...I burned a copy of windows 7 from my desktop because im unsure how to do it from my laptop..I didnt get a cd for my laptop when I bought it and since I cant get to my desktop I can even look for it to reinstall..I have files I need to get off my laptop before I install windows 7 and I wasnt sure how to recover my files in case they get deleted before I reinstall windows 7...im a mess..pleas help..thank you

I can't get into anything else...this isnt going to work..the only thing I can go into is the windows error recovery screen and the f12 bios screen...nothing else ..i cant go into my desktop or go into safe mode..I went into safe mode to begin with to do a system recovery and thats when all this started..

Oops , sorry I got my threads crossed.
Follow this tutorial to save your files and get the dump files at the same chance.

    The dumps are located at:
    Code:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\*.dump

You can use any computer (maybe the one you're using now?), ask a friend.
What is the bugcheck code you're getting?

Follow this tutorial and select Disable Automatic Restart on System Failure that way it won't restart
right away and you can snap a picture of the BSOD.

    Upload it here.
