Icons on the desktop freezes

Hey have no idea when this started to happen but now all the time if I press on the desktop with the right click, it's that it's shadow on the column then when I move to it and press the Adjust so stuck on the column on the desk, and the only way you can deselect it by changing the resolution then change it back, put two pictures also what it looks like so you can see lightening, this is the picture when it is shaded Image - TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting, this is when it freezes on the desktop Image - TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting, Btw Anpassa means Adjust in english got swedish langauaes pack. Sorry if it in the wrong section mods but i have never encountered this error before so got no idea what it is

Solved the problem by Performance Options, Hide menus gradually after you click, So any admin / mod can lock thread
