    BSOD "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE ntoskrnl.exe" hrlp

I have had this computer for about a month and I am not sure what is happening but sometimes when i shut down or restart my computer, it doesn't do that but leaves open a BSOD until I manually shut off my laptop. I heard it is a problem with the drivers on my computer but i do not know how to find the solution. I would greatly appreciate anyone's help right now as I do not want my computer to break.

Thank you very much for posting. I have done the first part of the instructions but the driver that has not been updated is at its latest. Also i have been trying to find the update online but I am not too sure which one is the correct one. If you could help on that one I would appreciate that too.
