Thanks for the update :) .
So what you're saying is that the stick that was originally in slot keeps bugcheck-ing in slots 1 and 3
but the stick that was in slot 3 doesn't bugcheck in any slot?

    Correct?
Now we need to determine whether its the slot(s) that is bad or one of the sticks.

This quote is referring to testing with memtest86+ but the principles are the same.

    Arc said:
First run it with all the existing/installed RAM modules. If it comes with no error, all is good.

But if it starts showing errors, Stop testing. Errors/red lines means one or more RAM is faulty. But the fault may occur due to a faulty DIMM slot, too, which is a motherboard component. Using memtest86+, you can discriminate between a faulty RAM and a faulty motherboard.

How? Say you have two RAM sticks and two DIMM slots. You obtained errors at the test with all RAM sticks installed. Now, remove all the sticks but one. Test it in all the available slots, one by one. Continue the same procedure for all the available sticks.
How to make the inference that is it a RAM issue or it is a motherboard issue? Suppose you have got the result like that:
No code has to be inserted here. It is a RAM, a bad RAM.

But if you have got a result like that:
No code has to be inserted here. It is a motherboard issue. The particular slot is bad.

    yes that Is correct.

I have tested Stick 1 (originally in Dimm1) in Dimm 1 and Dimm 3.
It BSOD in both DIMM's tested

I have tested Stick 2 (originally in dimm 3) in dimm 1 and dimm 3.
It Did NOT bsod in either dimm tested.

    My results look like below.
    result like that:
No code has to be inserted here.
It is a RAM, a bad RAM.
Those are the only two slots I have used any RAM in at any time on this motherboard. I can reach DIMM 2 but not DIMM 4 beacuse DIMM 4 is under the edge of the CPU Cooler. I can test on DIMM 2 tonight.

Well I believe we have our culprit now :) .
You can keep testing but the results are pretty straight forward.
Just to be on the safe side I would stress using only the good module a bit longer just to see how it holds up.
If you bought the pair as a kit then you will need to RMA them both so stressing either once you
decided the cost of an RMA is lower than the cost of getting a new pair is useless if you're going to replace it anyway.

I just contacted NEWEGG support and they are sending me a prepaid shipping label to send back the RAM!! Should be good to go and done in about 1.5 weeks!

Edit1: I will mark as solved once the new RAM is in and I have made sure no more BSOD's happen.

Thank you YOYO155. Sorry if I was a PITA.

    Good to hear :)!
Be sure to update in due time.
You are welcome and no, you weren't a pita at all. I love these kind of problems otherwise
    I wouldn't be doing this :) .

WAHOO! Issue seems to be resolved. I let Prime95 run for 1 hour on the setting that caused so many BSOD's before. I also let the machine run for 2 days and has no blue screens at all.

    Thank you YOYO155!
