    BSOD randomly upon runnin applications such as spotify/steamgames/etc.

    This has been happening on occasion randomly. it mostly happens when running applications or when i have left the computer idle which makes me think its something related to overheating but i have three fans running. i know i should probably get a better processor then an i3 for the games i'm running on this pc. thank you very much for helping. my most recent stop code was;
    BCCode: a
    BCP1: FFFFFFFFFFFFFFF8
    BCP2: 0000000000000002
    BCP3: 0000000000000000
    BCP4: FFFFF80002E9AD21
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 768_1
    thanks again

    Hi,

    Your logs show issues with Norton/Symantec and GPU drivers:

    Code:

    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *
    *                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
    *                                                                             *
    *******************************************************************************
    Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.
    BugCheck A, {fffffffffffffff8, 2, 0, fffff80002e9ad21}
    Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!KiInsertTimerTable+171 )
    STOP 0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
    Usual causes: Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility.

    Please remove Symantecs Endpoint Protection.

    Faulting drivers: IDSvia64.sys, EX64.SYS, ENG64.SYS, Ironx64.sys.
    Refers to: Norton Internet Security / Symantec/ Norton NIS/ N360 driver

    Please run the Norton Removal Tool and remove all Norton / Symantec programs.

    As an alternative, please download and install:

    Microsoft Security Essentials.
    Recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability
    compared to other antiviruses/internet security software.

       Note
    Once downloaded, update and run a full system scan

    Your GPU drivers show as faulting:

    Code:
    start             end                 module name
    fffff880`0568d000 fffff880`061a3000   atikmdag
    Please Create a System Restore Point

    Uninstall your existing driver and Catalyst Control Centre:

    http://sites.amd.com/us/game/downloads/Pages/catalyst-uninstall-utility.aspx

    Then update your ATI drivers to this version:

    http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/radeonaiw_win8-64.aspx

    (*Just install the driver only)

    Test the memory:

    I would firstly try re-seating the RAM, ensure they are free from dust, and seated properly.
    Then run memtest. Run for 8 passes and test each stick in a know good slot for an additional 6 passes.

       Tip
    Run these tests overnight, pay particular attention to #3 in tutorial if errors occur

    Remove any unused / unecessary programs and ensure you have all Windows Updates installed.

    Post back any results.

    Cheers

    Dave

    Hi,

    Your previous logs showed Norton /Symantec drivers as failing, perhaps they just needed
    updating, which reinstalling may have done :)

    From your recent log:

    Code:

    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *
    *                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
    *                                                                             *
    *******************************************************************************
    Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

    An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an

    caused by drivers using improper addresses.
    Update your Realtek RTL819CE Wireless LAN 802.11n PCI-E NIC drivers:
