BSOD playing League of Legends, error 101

hi
i get a BSOD every game of lol and i am rly tired losing so many games cause of it.
i hope u can help me^^
i attached the file files from the diagnostic tool

All your bugchecks are 0x101 which cannot be analyzed using a minidump.
Please upload the MEMORY.DMP file located at the Windows directory.
Code:
C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP
%systemroot% - using Run
The file will be several hundred MB in size, upload it to your skydrive and post the link .

my problem is solved^^ i got some new parts (motherboard, rams, processor)
now its running faster then ever and i am happy
had to do it cause it didnt even want to start anymore
