Sir I've already updated the latest drivers for AMD and I've done the chipset install that you've provided ..but still when i click on HIBERNATE the screen got black as that of sleep and when i rotate the mouse ..windows logon screen is appeared... with locket account ..
I think its due to some software that i've installed 4-6months before .. and the system is unable to save the state of the application and so cant complete the saving process and wont HIBERNATE ...Sir kindly tell me any free software that tell me the states of current installed applications with some detail to sort out the problem

You can use the add or remove programs you can get to it by typing appwiz.cpl into the start menu.
    You can alternatively use Ccleaner.

Is the problem consistent, meaning does is bugcheck every time?
You can clear up your start up by following, Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup .

HIBERNATE SAVE ALL the running programs state and Shutdown ..and onResume it resumes all the previous running programs ..

my system behave like SLEEP and on resume it Report an unexpected shut down ONLY WHEN --if AMD DEVICE drivers are installed ...otherwise IT just wount hibernate and lock the Desktop...

    Hi sydjunaidshah,

I have checked the crash dump files and they all indicate to the atikmdag.sys and I believe you have updated the video driver as well.

I understand system doesn't hibernate, first of all try cleaning the startup and check if any of the background software is causing this issue:

Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

Also, disconnect the system from any wireless and wired network on the system and check again if the system hibernates.

Keep us posted with the results so we can advise you further.

Sir I've checked the Clean Boot as well as unplugging my system from internet ...also I've change what the power button do and Change it to..when i press Power button.. system should go to HIBERNATE .. but unfortunately with all this tries When i press the HIBERNATE BUTTON ..the system just turn off the display and when i move the mouse the system shows the log on screen with the LOCKED Account when when i log on no error appeared ...

also I've created a mini dump but the folder shows C:\Windows\Minidump (7-8 .dmp file )...kindly tell me what to do and how these DUMP file can b helpful to me ....

files containing dumps are also not allowing to upload and cant allow zip /// how do i upload these dump to you

ALSO I REPEAT .. i think the system wont hibernate due to some software that doesn't allow to save the state and the HIBERNATION process could be interrupted or also that might be the case that any software installed causing problem with AMD driver to Crash
