    BSOD then Windows Boot Manager

I attempted to connect a possible damaged/corrupted external hard drive to my laptop. While it was trying to install the drivers, I received a BSOD message about memory corruption. I tried to restart my laptop and disconnected the external drive. Now a Windows Boot Manager screen appears stating that Winload.exe cannot be located because the application is missing or corrupt (status: 0xc0000001)

I don't have the windows 7 install disc (this is a company computer)

    Any suggestions?
