BSOD playing FFXIV (Final Fantasy 14), not sure of error code

Hello! I seem to get this error when I play Final Fantasy 14, but very rarely it will go BSOD when I am just browsing on Chrome. I am wondering if it might be a hardware issue and if any of you kind folks may be able to help me with my problem. I would like to pinpoint what it is before I go buying any new hardware since that can get quite pricey. I am somewhat computer proficient, but I would not consider myself a wizard like you guys ^^ so I am not afraid to go digging for info if you need any more.

Thank you again for all your help! I have attached the Diagnostic tool zip file to this thread and this is the error it gives me when I blue screen from Windows 7 - all my Windows OS system specs are in my profile:

Well, hmmm I don't have the windows key on me so I think I'm going to take my PC back to the person who built it and ask him what's going on. Thank you for you assistance!
