BSOD while downloading Dishonored from Steam
Hey guys,
I've been having BSoDs for awhile now and after sending it to a tech to get looked at it I was told with a shrug and a frown that he couldn't narrow down what the issue seemed to be. As a result, I kind of put getting it fixed on the back-burner for a couple months because I had a macbook pro that I could use for the time being.
Well, today I decided I'd boot it up and see how it ran again and when/if it crashed I would resort to getting some help online. Thus why I'm here. I was running everything just fine until I hooked up my wireless adapter (Rosewill brand) and opened Chrome. After a few seconds I got another BSoD. Then I booted up again and everything ran just fine for awhile and I was doing my normal routine. I watched a youtube vid or two, I played a little bit of Super Meat Boy, I opened up Eclipse to see if my dev environment was still intact. Everything was going fine. At this point, I developed some cautious optimism. I decided, why not, I'll update my graphics card drivers to the latest version and go ahead and install Dishonored from Steam (I was like an hour away from finishing the game when I started BSoDing :|). At this point I started installing a few other things that I need for programming on my computer (Sublime Text 2 and Powershell pretty much). Randomly, my computer decided to BSoD again and I resolved to just coming here to see if I could get to the bottom of this once and for all.
I have memtestx86 on a CD that I plan on running when I get a chance tomorrow. Outside of that I figured I would give you guys the SF_Diagnostic file and see if it proved fruitful.
If you guys need anymore info just let me know and I'll try to respond quickly! Thanks!
