Playing FFXIV , getting random BSODs

I only get them while playing FFXIV. One of my fans is out on video card , so i have been running the game at the lowest settings and running MSI Afterburner to keep the one fan on almost max speed while keeping an eye on the card temp. The most recent BSOD happened with the card at only 73degrees.

There is a zip of all dumps included.

Edit: I am assuming the BSOD is related to the card over heating , but I do not know how to tell for sure or confirm that. Can anyone here confirm these crashes are from my card overheating?

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Even a confirmation that I need to fix my video card?
