Toshiba Satellite A210-127 (PSAELE) BSOD and Other problems

Hello Seven Forums. My name is Vasil and i'm here with request for help related with Toshiba laptop model - Satellite A210-127 (PSAELE) and its related with BSOD and other things i will point out in detailes here as well as the SF Diag Tool ZIP attached in the topic. Also make sure i first made topic in the Toshiba Support Forum but there i only had there reply to install Windows once more but thats why im here to ask the people who will know better.

Okay i intalled Windows 7 Ultimate x32bit 2 weeks ago on this laptop and i didnt intall any drivers for a week or something. There were some issues that the laptop shut down itself and at times i just saw flashing blue screen that im sure its BSOD. When the laptop launched it gave me info about some missing drivers. I said myself okay lets start intalling and the first one i did was the touch pad driver to fix it and make it work also i installed the ATI GPU driver from the official AMD page. After that i intalled some games that i play and at times the laptop just completely shut off and i had to hit the power button to run it again. It always said BSOD. Okay then when im using Chrome or Firefox they crash and the laptop is unresponsive for atleast 5 min. Same thing with BS player while im watching a movie it just start to lag the movie at times and i have to shut it down in order to launch BS player once more and continue watching where i left. I know where is the Toshiba Drivers Page but i dont see anything there i actually need from the drivers list that i need.
Also at times when i get flashes on the screen (BSOD) it launch the System Restore option and the Repair feature that does it job but no problems are found.
My point is that i really think that there is something wrong here and its annoying me.
I'd also like to point i was using Vista x32bit Home Premium before and yes my laptop is compatible with Windown 7.
There is one last thing but its in the bottom of my help requests. My card reader from the laptop is not reading any card while there is no driver for this in the official Toshiba drivers page.

Okay the file is now uploaded and i really hope you guys will help me with my problems here.
    Thank You in advance!
    Vasil aka ADDOriN

Well I am still waiting for a confirmation from the activation experts on the copy of your MGA diag. It seems that it may not be genuine and you may need to get a genuine copy, but I will post my analysis.

Daemon Tools (also Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although we have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions). Please uninstall Daemon Tools.

    As an alternative:

    ------------------------
Reduce the start-up items, Antivirus software is basically whats required.

Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:
    • Click on the
    • Type CMD on Search
    • Left click and Run as Administrator
    • Type SFC /scannow - read here

Run Disk Check on your Hard Drive for file system errors and bad sectors on it - read here

Test your Hard Drive(s) by running:

The installation of Windows is counterfeit - the license type requires a BIOS created specifically for Windows 7 - and this one was created 2 years before Win7 was launched.

You need to reformat and reinstall using genuine media and Key.

Back up all your data to external media first.
What type of Windows 7 license do you have (if any?) Upgrade, OEM or retail Full?

    It is OEM.

In that case, the installer will only allow a clean installation (it may back up the old files to a Windows.old folder) - so just follow the instructions.
