Crash on startup, after sleep + at random

    Hi!

I've been experiencing multiple crashes lately. Windows 7 will not load, or the system will crash shortly after startup with a black screen or it will freeze. It is also very common, that after sleep it will wake up and freeze after a few seconds. A hard reset is always required. From time to time we get a BSOD, but usually it crashed with a black screen. It sometimes also crashes with heavier use (Adobe Premiere) but this is rarer.
The windows 7 ultimate installation is quite recent, it was a clean install on an SSD drive. The system works great - when it works.
I think the crashes are getting more and more frequent.
    I attached the dump files.
I did many things in order to troubleshoot, so far without success. I think I did chkdsk, file scans, Nvidia driver update....
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
