We need the screenshot of the summery tab of speccy. And, you are saying no problem is found with the RAM .... how many passes you ran the memtest?

6 times? Not sure what does it mean. We count it on passes.

Please follow How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+ and let it run upto at least 8 passes. Take a camera snap when 8 passes are completed and upload the snapshot here.

The GPU is hot. What happened during the furmark test?
