    and install Revo Uninstaller.
    • Opt for "Advanced Mode" and uninstall the software (also delete the leftover registry entries).

    Follow these-

    Get rid of intel rapid storage.
    1. Right click on "my computer" icon and click "manage" on the context menu.
    2. It will open the "computer management" window.
    3. Select "Device Manager" in the left pane, It will list all the existing devices up.
    4. Expand "Disc Drives" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
    5. Select one item under it, right click, uninstall.
    6. Continue the process for all items under "Disc Drives"
    7. Now restart the computer. At restart, windows will auto configure the appropriate system driver, msahci.sys.

    • Uninstall All nvidia items in Control Panel > Programs and features
      • 3D Vision Control Driver
      • 3D Vision Driver
      • Graphics Driver

      • nvidia Update

      (Are you using nvidia chipset drivers? If so, dont uninstall anything other than those are listed).
    • Now follow Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling
    • Boot normally now. Go to Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers, Download 314.22 WHQL. While installing, Select Custom (Advanced) install. In the next page, follow this settings:


    Let us know the results.

    Reduce the start-up items, Antivirus software is basically whats required.

    Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:
    • Click on the
    • Type CMD on Search
    • Left click and Run as Administrator
    • Type SFC /scannow - read here

    Run Disk Check on your Hard Drive for file system errors and bad sectors on it - read here

    Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+:

       Tip

    • Pay close attention to Part 3 of the tutorial "If you have errors"
    • Test the RAM with Memtest86+ for at least 7-10 passes. It may take up to 22 passes to find problems. Make sure to run it once after the system has been on for a few hours and is warm, and then also run it again when the system has been off for a few hours and is cold.

    Thanks so much for the reply. The "community" always amazes me. Should I do these uninstalls one at a time and see what happens or just get rid of these programs all at once?

    Ok, will do so. If I get this fixed do you know of anyone who diagnoses Crash to Desktop on FSX?

    This is how far I have progressed. Note that I did not see the Revo Uninstaller comment until I had already uninstalled 1-4

    8. Ran Drive Sweeper

    I got this far and had things to do so I loaded Microsoft Flight Simulator 10 and just let it sit, no imputs at all, no mouse no keyboard and the computer blue screened again. I uploaded the results below.
