chiliGREEN GTX 675M - BSODs with Win7

Hello,

I have a problem with my new chiligreen (MSI barebone) Notebook.
It was delivered with Win8 installed on the SSD and everything seemed to work fine.
Formatted everything and installed Win 7 Pro N on the SSD and afterwards installed the drivers from the chiligreen Homepage.
Everytime i installed the Geforce Drivers, it came to a bluescreen. It's like the laptop is in a loop. After almost exactly a minute after startup there's a BSOD, so every 2 minutes it reboots. Even when it were the first drivers i installed (after Intel HD). When i deactivate the GTX, the BSODs stop immediately.
Tried it several times with completly fresh installations of Windows.
Tried also the newest beta from the Geforce site and the newest drivers from the Nvidia site.

I also installed Win 8 from the chiligreen Win8 DVD on the SSD and everything seemes to work.
Didn't try games though.

Has anyone ideas?

I now tried company of heroes on windows 8, works fine.

Even tried to switch of fast boot and formatted everything again.

I now have win7 and win8 on different partitions on the SSD and the HDD as one for the rest.

Nothing changed, getting BSOD after a minute on win7
