Ok I can make do with what there is but more information will go a long way
with helping me to give you more specific links with regards to your hardware.
Please upload the MSINFO32 file.
Start> RUN> "MSINFO32" without the quotes then hit [Enter].Recent bugchecks
In "MSINFO32" go to, File> Save> name it your user-name and upload.
The stack holds the latest driver
routines that were present in memory at the time of the crash,
in this one we can see a lot of activity from tpcip.sys
being it's a legitimate Windows driver
we need to go by association.
Looking at your drivers we can see that your realtek driver is very very old:

*By uploading the uploading the MSINFO32 file I'll be able to pinpoint
the the correct driver for an update.
Other bugchecks are attributed to a GPU driver, you're using a recent driver.

I would normally advise rolling back to a more stable version but given that again I don't have
all the information I need to make an educated suggestion I'm forced to wait.
Your BIOS is woefully out-dated! Pre Windows Seven.
BiosVersion = V2.0
BiosReleaseDate = 04/10/2008
Please update your BIOS.
Flashing the BIOS is a risky procedure. If you are uncomfortable
performing it yourself have a technician perform it.
Regardless, flashingis at your own risk.
Users who download BIOS from here
(not using Live Update) should use the flash utility included in the downloaded compressed file when doing the BIOS update. To avoid BIOS update failure, please do not use older versions of the update utility or utilities not provided by MSI.
Keep us updated and post back with the results!
