Driver verifier is determine on blaming the graphics of the equation, at this point I'm inclined to agree.
Would that mean the graphics card is defective? I had bsods before I changed graphics card and after though... and this graphics card is less than a month old I could RMA it too though

let's try the latest driver offered by your motherboard's OEM.
OK, I've removed my current driver and installed the downloaded intel network connections drivers.

Also I see a new BIOS has recently been released with regards to PCI-e compatibility,
are you comfortable performing a BIOS flash?
I read about bios flash/updating bios, and it's just like any other application/driver installation? I just need to make sure certain things are past a certain version (which I think I'm all good for) and that I don't lose / interrupt power during the update? How long does that usually take? I rarely lose power ever and I'd have to have some serious bad luck if I were to lose power during a scheduled update. I downloaded this: http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList...87-d3hp_f5.exe - it's in the form of an exe, so if I want to update bios, do I just run this?

I haven't gotten a BSOD for 24+ or so. When I got a BSOD after I turned off verifier, I had 4/4 ram slots occupied and after the bsod took place, I removed 2/4 so I just have the first 2 ram slots occupied if that fixed something because I haven't gotten a blue screen after that yet, maybe just got lucky for a bit.

While I haven't gotten a bsod for 30+ hours...but another new annoying problem has arisen: every time I exit any game that I've been playing for longer than 30 minutes or so --> my computer completely freezes/locks up - nothing is responsive, in order to continue - I have to hold down the power button on my desktop so the computer is forced to shut down, any idea why this is? I also get App Crashes for a variety of games at random times where I'm forced to restart the game

If this helps for any of the above, here's my event viewer: https://i.imgur.com/744w9D2.png

I'm able to end process from task manager without having my computer freeze, this is a band-aid fix and it shouldn't be needed / inconvenient, so I rather find a fix to this, if possible.

I attached a few files that I saved off of Event Viewer, if that helps at all

Update 11/19 @ 4am EST: I got a BSOD after having no bsods for about 30 hours, attached the SF tool file again... bsod error message: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (which is a driver error bsod?). Since network ethernet driver has been a problem recently and won't go away (might've been the cause of this BSOD just now?) - is it possible that my ethernet cable is defective and needs to be replaced that's causing driver issues somehow?

1 hour later after the above bsod, I get another one with the error: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

Another thing, I read on a different forum where multiple people have the same issue of pc lockups/crashes + bsods frequently all have the same motherboard -- the same one I have. Perhaps this gigabyte motherboard is bad and I should return it for a refund and get a different mobo from ASUS or something? See: https://i.imgur.com/L1RAubJ.png and http://forum.giga-byte.co.uk/index.php?topic=13267.0 - Although the forum thread I linked says using 4 memory slots causes very frequent BSODS/crashes - I only have 2 ram slots but still have frequent bsods. I'm not sure how to lower memory frequency (tried to do so in bios, but cpu-z still says I'm running at 800mhz on XMP-1600)

I'm not really sure what to do at this point, I am prone to pc problems since I started using pcs years ago, had so many problems . I'm getting new ram on Tuesday - I'll swap my current ram out for the new ram which is listed on the compatibility page for my current mobo and see if that stabilizes the system.. but not too confident

Found a similar thread right here on sevenforums which was resolved by replacing the motherboard: BSOD 0x0000000A, new PC Build, possibly memory?

Good detective work! (although on less positive terms :\ ).
At this point it might very well be the motherboard itself, I'm sorry to hear that .
The reality is we do not have the tools to test it on it's own so we have been trying to minimize
the surrounding components affect and perhaps find the cause after all this time we haven't
and in light of you recent findings I can say with somewhat confidence (somewhat, due to the fact
of not being able to physically remove parts or flashing the BIOS in order to rule them our as the cause.
I'm not trying to spin this in any way but I'm at the end of my reach when it come to that.)
that the motherboard is high candidate to being the source cause of the bug checks.

    What do you think?

I'll be replacing the new mobo with the Asus Z87-A sometime this weekend and I'll report back here with any updates!

I have a question - if the network adapter is causing most of the issues, couldn't I just remove the intel network driver completely and just get something like this?: Amazon.com: Cable Matters SuperSpeed USB 3.0 to RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter in Black: Computers & Accessories - it's a ethernet to usb 3.0 adapter plug & play or a different internal network adapter?

On another note, I haven't gotten a bsod in 40+ hours - haven't changed motherboard yet - performing the same tasks other than having deluge (bittorrent client) open for like 50% of the time if that changed anything. No crashes/hangs on windows or games either. I reinstalled the intel driver 2 days ago again, except, this time, I went to device manager and uninstalled it from there then re-installed the latest intel version.

It all depends on how you want to look at things, meaning that if one onboard component is malfunctioning
is that a reliable motherboard in your eyes?

As for the added edit, we've seen this kind of behavior a few posts back, it waiting game until we
find out how things really stand, I have my fingers crossed for you :) .
