BSOD happening a lot (Windows 7)

I have been having a lot of blue screen crashes for a while now. I did notice it happens most when I am using Youtube. I use my PC for music production and sometimes when I am in the labours of piecing together music I will browse the web, use Youtube etc and this has crashed before causing me to lose work. I have a Komplete Audio external audio interface, that's what I use for making beats etc, I was wondering if it had something to do with that maybe conflicting?. I did try the "disable hardware acceleration" option in Youtube to no avail.

When it crashed last this is the info I got when I booted back up:

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1
    Locale ID: 2057

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 10d
    BCP1: 0000000000000006
    BCP2: 0000000000000003
    BCP3: 0000057FF45EC198
    BCP4: FFFFFA800B92FCF0
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 256_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\092413-15225-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Studio\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-20701-0.sysdata.xml

    Any help much appreciated.
