PLEASE helppp BSOD

Can anyone help on what is causing this blue screen. It happens pretty frequently and usually when i run games.

usb mouse keeps stopping... helppp
i got a dell inspiron 1545. the mouse is a usb optical mouse. the mouse will freeze and then be not recognized. if i leave it unplugged for a few hours and plug it in it will work for a little and do it all over. its a ativa mouse some regular optical mouse. plzzzzz help
