Atheros Virtual Bluetooth Class and Atheros Valkyrie USB BootROM ... both are disabled. Good :)
Now observe the situation and let us know how it is running.

No new crash dump is there. Was it a BSOD or any other type of freeze/restart?
Hi Arc
It is true that there was no BSOD but simply a freeze when I sent the previous dump files
There have been several actual BSOD since (see current attached dump file)
From your last post ......
Attachment 287702
The zip you uploaded does not contain any crash dump.
Follow it: Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD
Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.
Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.
I see what you are saying...
Not sure why no dump file is not being created
Previous BSODs created dump files and I have not changed anything
As you can see from event viewer attachment I have had 7 crashes (either freezes with manual restart or BSOD and automatic restart) over the past 24 hours
Nevertheless, I have followed your instructions and will repost with latest dump file
Thank you again!
Kernel Power 41 events are abnormal shutdowns, not BSOD. An abnormal shutdown may be caused by any reason, even by sudden loss of power.
Understood
Is there some other troubleshooting path I should be going down for the Kernel Power 41 events in addition to investigating the BSOD?
Thank you Arc
Yes, I have been down that path before including several clean installs with same result
Do you think the Kernel Power 41 events are related to the cause of the BSOD or do suspect they are two different processes?
