BIOS crash, how do I update it (I'm a noob)

Ok so got a blue screen and it had a message "BIOS not fully ACPI compliant". Ive had a few blue screens lately and I think maybe a ram stick is a bit loose coz after a memory diagnostic it disabled a ram stick (I'm not sure how to open the computer but all the ram is working now and if it happens again I know someone who can open and check for me)
Ok so I took this screen shot which might help you to help me about my motherboard etc

So I'm guessing this is where to go to download an update - Universal abit > Motherboard, Digital Speakers, iDome, AirPace, Multimedia would be this correct? And these instructions the right to follow - Universal abit > Motherboard, Digital Speakers, iDome, AirPace, Multimedia (where exactly do I extract the files to??)

    Thanks :)

    Hi vesh88

Your link to Abit looks good.

Make a folder called Abit Bios IP-95 in My Doc's, download to there.

Read all the help links on the web page, may be a good think to get your mate over as well.
