It seems the system freeze half way when i am doing some thing, watching dvd or surfing internet, pretty randomly, no blue screen, no error message, just totally freeze. mouse seems can move around for 5 sec, but clicking around does nothing, and then mouse becomes no responding either. control alt delete doesnt work either. Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Please save the report from that as a .nfo file.
Then zip it up and upload/attach it with your next post.
