Ok but when I bought my laptop last time, it comes in Windows Vista Home Basic, I was given a free Windows 7 upgrade disk by HP. I only upgrade to windows 7 about 1.5years ago. Only this few months I face BSOD problems.
Do you think I should go back to windows vista? Or I should proceed with your suggestion?

My laptop have this advisor install in.
Just last month, I have done a factory reset to Vista and upgrade to Windows 7. During the process of upgrading, it prompt me to install this upgrade advisor. I clicked ok and that's it. There's nothing prompt out during the process of upgrading. I didn't know there's a report.

Here's the report:

Upgrading Windows will affect the following devices and/or programs:
  • These devices might not work properly after the upgrade. Before upgrading, we recommend updating the drivers for these devices. Cancel the upgrade, open Control Panel and search for "update device drivers", or go to the device manufacturer's website to search for updated drivers.
    • Keyboard Filter
  • These programs might not work properly after the upgrade. We recommend uninstalling these programs before upgrading. Cancel the upgrade, open Control Panel, and search for "uninstall a program". (Note: Programs marked as * can be safely reinstalled after the upgrade.)
    • Microsoft SQL Server 2005

Do u think that's the problem?

Ok should I go factory reset to vista to upgrade the drivers and then upgrade to Windows 7.
Or should I do a clean install of windows 7?
