BSOD over and over with brand new system build...

Hello all,
I saw the YouTube video saying to come here for help with BSOD concerns. I've attached what I understand to be dump files. Sure hope someone out there can help identify if I have hardware or driver issues. Any guidance is greatly appreciated, as I'm getting ready to pull my hair out over this.

You have a copy of Windows 7 pirated from another computer. Your installation is of an (Asus) OEM_SLP Key on a retail motherboard. Please purchase a full license retail copy and reinstall.
