BSOD while playing Star Wars ToR, stop error code 0x0000001E

    Hey everyone!

For the past few weeks that I've been playing Star Wars: The Old Republic, I've been getting BSOD's every time I play. I've noticed that it only happens when I'm playing SWToR. I tried to fix the error by reformatting my computer, which didn't help. I've run memtests, switching the RAM cards around, etc., again to no avail. Any information you guys could give me would be great, I'm really getting to my wits end here.

    Thank you!

My friend who helped me build my computer and installed all the software to get it running just got finished looking at my computer and he couldn't figure out any problems with it. I'm really hoping you can help me out otherwise I've run out of options.

    The installation is counterfeit
The Product Key in use is the infamous Lenovo Stolen Key - and has never been valid on ANY computer available to the public.

The notherboard is a retail one - which claims to have an HP SLIC table in the BIOS.

You need to reformat and reinstall with genuine media and Key. (there is no point attempting to 'fix' a hacked install)

I knew it was a little weird when he told me he just had an extra copy of Windows 7 sitting around doing nothing. Could that be the reason for the blue screens?

Can I purchase and download an authentic Windows 7 online? If so, where can I find it?

Genuine licenses for WIndows 7 are rare, already.
The ONLY place that you could ever legally buy Windows for download was Microsoft (if we exclude the various forms of subscription and Volume licenses)
They appear to no longer stock it.
