Blue Screen

Hi good people,

After having some WiFi problems and eventually re installing windows everything was going pretty smooth. However I've had three blue screens since then and am getting this error message:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 1000009f
BCP1: 0000000000000004
BCP2: 0000000000000258
BCP3: FFFFFA8004185040
BCP4: FFFFF80000B9C510
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 256_1

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\100713-30186-01.dmp
C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-80075-0.sysdata.xml

I'm not too sure what's causing this but any help would be great!

Thanks in advance!

Thanks !

Two of the three dumps pertain issues with the Realtek card reader.
The other indicates a problem with a USB related device, what do you have regularly
plugged into the USB ports (I see an android modem and a reciver)?

Probably caused by : RtsPStor.sys ( RtsPStor+77a2 )
Stacks grow upwards and that is how we read them.
It looks as if you either removed a card from the reader then the reader tried to stop
and change it's power state or it was simply attempting to go idle either way it failed to complete
the transition.

The driver is pretty old!
I wasn't able to determine which version you your PC has, please download and copy it's content
to a notepad text file then upload here attached to your next post.

Post back with the results!

So when I went to the read checker tool it gave me this message:

"Sorry,no realteak cardreader is found!"

Also, the USB devices I plug in are my Android phone, flash drive, and wireless mouse.

I've asked for some advise on how to find your particular version, hang tight .

In the meantime can you post a screenshot of the Hardware ID of the card reader from the device manager?

Start Menu> type, devmgmt.msc
find the card reader double click it, a window should open there is a Details tab click on it.
Under Property select Hardware Ids, post a screenshot of that please.

This is awfully odd
Your laptop does physically have a card reader right?
Please post a screenshot of the hidden devices, even tough everything else point to it being active.
