    My sister has been getting a bunch of BSOD all the time I have attached the mini dump.

    Microsoft Security Essentials & the Free version of Malwarebytes, update and make full scans separately:

       Note
    Do not start the trial version of MalwareBytes
    You may also take a look at: Good & Free System Security Combination

    Virus Check:

    Make scans with these tools below:
    Application conflict:

    Reduce the start-up items. This will help avoid software conflicts:
    Please run these tests and report back the results.

    1. SFC /scannow to check windows for corruption - SFC /SCANNOW - System File Checker
    2. Disk check for errors on the hard drive - Run Disk Check in Windows 7
    3. Troubleshoot apps by a clean boot - Performing a Clean Startup
    4. Memtest86+ paying attention to part 3 - RAM - Test with Memtest86+
    5. Hard drive test from HDD mfg website - Hard Drive Diagnostic Procedure

    OK I will run the scans for her, Why the need to remove
    Start Menu\Programs\AVG Family Safety Public:Start Menu\Programs\AVG Family Safety Public Start Menu\Programs\Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security SMH-PC\SMH:Start Menu\Programs\Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security SMH-PC\SMH
    Those are her internet content filter. At least the AVG family is, they don't want to have that turned off I am sure.

    Because they are contributing to BSODs.
    You can install them back if they weren't the cause.
