Pardon me for my bad English.
I dont know if SF Diagnostic Tool can track down all BSOD history as i'm very new to this but..
i got a BSOD while playing LoL 2~3months ago which caused my system to do a system restore.

And another BSOD also playing LoL just recently today but did not have the MACHINE_CHECK_EXECPTION in Blue screen . instead it appeared with numbers like 0x0000 (sorry i cant remember the exact numbers)

Any help would be much appreciated

Code:
OS Name Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate
Version 6.1.7600 Build 7600
Install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats.
Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)
Service Pack and Update Center - Microsoft Windows

When SP1 is installed, follow it: Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD
Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.
