    BSOD randomly when surfing, netflixing.

    Please help.

My HP duo core keeps restarting randomly while we browse the internet or while we watch movie on netflix. First I suspected it was the memory. I got 4 chips total to 8 GB. I started taking them all out and start using one stick at a time on different memory slots. Tested all and still kept restarting. I never get the blue screen. The computer just shutdown without warning. My OS is Windows 7 Home. Please help. If you need more details of anything, I'll get it to you promptly.

Thank you so much in advance.

Okay, this error seems to be very generic indeed. BUSLG points to Generic Memory Hierarchy level; the Participation from which processor is also generic; the type of request is also considered Generic (ERR), and the reason for the error is the request timed-out and wasn't completed.

The error is so generic here, since the CPU can't determine the type of request which caused the error.

Run the Small FFT's, Large FFT's and Blend Test for a few hours each; do not let the temperature exceed 80*C.

Enable "Round off checking" before the test (see first post below tutorial).

All the hardware seeming to be running stable and tests reporting no errors, could mean a bad motherboard.

Thank you so much for your diagnostic. Will start testing as suggest and will report back. Thanks again!
