Random BSOD's on new build, bad video card corrupting file system?

This is a "new" build, with a mixture of new/used parts. While waiting for a EVGA GTX 650ti Boost, I was using a regular GTX 650 to install all the software. I did not have any problems.

As soon as the new video card was installed I started having problems. Random BSOD, processes stopping, random shut downs, etc. It might work great for hours installing windows, windows updates, running burn in tests, video tests, etc, but then something always goes awry. Some of the errors led me to believe I was having hard drive problems, but I've tried 3 drives with 3 clean Windows installations, and problems still persist. I've ran hard drive tests, memory tests with no known issues.

My power supply is a little on the small side, Corsair CX430 430watt, but I've ran the various PS calculators and I think I should be ok.

I have the latest EVGA drivers for the video card. I would like some help interpreting the dumps so I can figure out if it is indeed the video card causing problems or if it's something as simple as a driver. From what I've found online, the EVGA GTX 650ti Boost has been known to cause BSOD.

Attached is one of the dumps I was able to capture.

Is the GPU overclocked? If so, use it in normal settings.

Also, Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.
Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

If furmark is passed, we will try to use some earlier drivers.

    Avast is failing there, too.
    Code:
    fffff880`0abbc148 fffff880`041126fcUnable to load image aswSnx.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for aswSnx.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for aswSnx.sys
     aswSnx+0x306fc
Uninstall Avast using Avast Uninstall Utility. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

    Let us know the results.

    Thank you for your response.

GPU is not, and has not been overclocked. I ran the Furmark test for 20 minutes (wasn't sure how long to run it) without any problems.

Unistalled Avast, and installed MSE. Ran full scans on MSE and MBAN with no issues found.

Enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

       Information
    Why Driver Verifier:
It puts a stress on the drivers, ans so it makes the unstable drivers crash. Hopefully the driver that crashes is recorded in the memory dump.

How Can we know that DV is enabled:
It will make the system bit of slow, laggy.

       Warning
Before enabling DV, make it sure that you have earlier System restore points made in your computer. You can check it easily by using CCleaner looking at Tools > System Restore.

If there is no points, make a System Restore Point manually before enabling DV.

       Tip

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any. Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

Started driver verifier and had BSOD almost immediately. Attached are 3 dumps, not sure I was able to get all files for each dump, as it was still crashing, even after stopping the verifier.

Just had to shut the PC off as it was completely unresponsive. Upon restart, I got a long, short short beep code and no display.

Restarted it and it booted fine, was able to get a complete dump, attached.

    Thanks for your help!

It appears that you have disabled the DV. Rightly done ... as the DV enabled minidump is not showing any driver as failing.

Make it sure that the OCZ Vertex2 SSD is running with the up-to-date firmware.
Download OCZ Toolbox and Firmware Updates

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

    Thanks.

I'm pretty sure my SSD does not have the most recent firmware. However, I was having the same/similar problems with another SSD (different brand) and a standard HDD, that I both tried as boot drives before I posted originally. I also ran Memtest for a couple hours previously with no errors.

I will work on doing both your recommendations.

Are there any indications this could all be caused by a bad video card? That was the only thing that was changed before all my problems. That said, the system had not been running very long with the other card. I just want to make sure if it's likely the video card, that I can get it replaced before my 30 day Newegg period is over.

There is no evidence that we can suspect the graphics card, but enough evidence to suspect storage.

If you have any doubt, Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.
