It's just more of the same.
I do have a couple of questions though.

We count memtest by passes not tests, where did you look when you figured it was enough
and how long did the test take?

Yes that is true you didn't update the drivers requested, that you need to accomplish.

Also I noticed you're using an XBOX controller.
Code:
Unloaded modules:
fffff880`0a4dc000 fffff880`0a4ef000 xusb21.sys
Stop using it after you complete all of the above and see if the machine bug checks again.

haha I apologize for my shabby terminology, I ran for 12 passes and for just under 13 hours..

Also I don't want you to think I'm disregarding your advice/steps... I am literally about to do the chipset update =] It had to download overnight and I had college etc. but will do so now, then will play games without the 360 controller in :P

Cheers YoYo

Well then YoYo I believe that the BSoD's may be fixed, however it's not all sunshine yet I'm now just getting freezes on the games, and the system doesn't recover so I have to just restart D:

Good news (some-what).
Does it happen in all games, or just a particular one? is there a rhythm a pattern to the freezes?
Perhaps a highly demanding scene, or just a particular level / section?
What game(s) is it?

Are you monitoring the temperatures?
Please download Speccy and upload a screenshot one at idle and another while stressing the card using Furmark.

It froze in bf3 and skyrim... So I can probably rule out that its just a particular part of the game crashing out I guess.. I will run the temp tests now and post updates

Well here is the idle speccy shot, and when I ran the stress program the PC crashed as it does on the games, coincidence - I THINK NOT. XD

Well, here is what it said on FurMark (as it crashed) :
after 1:08 seconds of running "core: 850MHz, mem:2097MHz, temp: 68*C, GPU load: 99%, mem usage: 44%, fan: 41%"

I believe we may have found our culprit.
It crashes before it gets a chance to get hot?
I don't we gave enough attention to the PSU (power-supply), what is; the make, age and model of your PSU?

I strongly believe that the PSU is the real problem, do you have a different one you can borrow and test with?
I suggest at the very least a 80 bronze certified power-supply from a well known manufacturer.

In the mean time please test again as before with Furmark to verify that wasn't a coincidence.

I don't have a spare psu and I don't think I'll be able to get one from anywhere.. I ran the stress test and it froze again.. Here's a pic (sorry for quality but it's on my phone because the PC froze)
