    BSOD on Shut down


    Hello everyone, first time posting here, but I really do need the help. Lately I've been getting BSOD whilist trying to shut down my computer and it's starting to irritate me. I'm uploading the DMP files and I'd appreciate if someone could make some sense out of this.

    Unfortunately, your installation is counterfeit, you have a Lenovo Type 2 OEM_SLP key on a Gigabyte retail motherboard, please format and install with a genuine key.
