Random crashes every 15 to 20 minutes - Kernel Power - Event Log 41
Hi,
I just replaced a motherboard, cpu and heatsink 3 days ago.
First post failed, computer fans ran, but the display was dark. Replaced PSU with an older one I had lying around. POSTed. Build-in network NIC didn't work, added a PCI one, finally got it to work with bunch of driver pains. Then the computer crashed and wouldn't POST. I thought must be the PSU cuz it was old. So, went out and bought a brand new EVGA 750. Worked like a champ. Then it crashes every 15 to 20 minutes with the Event Log 41 - kernel power. Everytime. I tried everything. First, there was 2 audio drivers, so I removed one. Did the MSSE thingy by removing the OOBE file. Updated all the drivers. Still crashes every 15 to 20 minutes no matters how busy the computer is.
I tested the system with CPUID HWInfo and the system is cool, nothing above 100 degree F except the GPU that hovers around 110. Ran MS memtest and passed. Everything works great and fast when it is running and then boom! Crash.
So, any help would be appreciated. Here is the file from the SF_Diagnostic_Tool. Only thing is I can't get a memory dump after these crashes, I've tried them all and nothing. I'm at a lost what to do. Thank you.
