Black BSOD returning - Fresh Install

to Member Arci belive we trie dto find out the cause last time this came up this time i no longer have the TV tuner in the system, this last time i was idle for abit getting dinner came back, watced 2 flash videos then BLAM. it blacks out. like before LED on USB Wifi is blinkin. fans go near silent. and no response till power cycle.

i Would go thru normal procedures but stupidly like last time a DMP isnt being created.

EDIT: for now i'm taking what measures i can (if its the video card again. i'm running the fants at a manual 100%) and reverting from AMD Catalyst 13.9 to 13.4

and again just woke up to another "Blackout Hang" no dump is being made in Any of these cases. (i do know its a ang because what ever was playing at the time for sound immedatly stops)

i'm begining to suspect 3 culprits.

    1: PSU
    2: Videocard
    3: the Surge Protector

with the PSU being possibly at fault always a Kernel Power event is recorded in the Logs. the othertimes w/ a Blank(Zero) Bugcheck code

this time it's left a Bugcheck code of 59.

w/ possibly my videocard at fault,it's been exibiting "higher than warm" temps as of late. (55~62C) which i hear is cause for concern for te Radon HD series Videocards.

and te last reason and culprit of being my Surge protector, it's old i've had it for 9 years, so more than likely it's going bad.
