Custom Computer random reboot and blue screen

I have had this computer for awhile and it blue screens on a very random basis. This pc does very little as it is my HTPC. It has a ceton infinitv4 card and i just record my tv shows. It also has a burner which i burn every now and then. The problem is random. I even have my computer automatically shut off at 12 pm at night via task scheduler and then come back on at 6 am. I just did this two days ago to help stop the blue screen and missing recordings. It came back on at 6 am and i seen it literally reboot at 6:45 or sometime near 7 am. This is when it just came back on. I had this happen on my old custom built pc too and i bought new motherboard and memory. I am using older processor as it never had an issue that i could narrow down. I am not sure if i got a new power supply or not. I am taking the shut down script off to try to get it to blue screen more often to get more logs.

I work on computers for a living but can not fix my own and need some help.
Oh i do have the side of my computer off to see if it was temperature issues. The pc is in the basement and it usually is very cool down there.

I do have a video card installed and is a gt 520. I can remove that and see if the issue goes away and have done all updates on windows and bios update.
I am horrible at reading blue screen results.

I have went ahead and removed my other video card and using onboard video to see if this will happen again.
