Random BSODs after building Gaming PC 0x0000001a 0x00000124 0x00000050

Hi everyone,

I recently built my first gaming pc from scratch and have been running into some issues with BSODs.

I have updated all of my drivers, I've run stress tests on the GPU and CPU, and I've also run memtest86+ without any errors yet my system will randomly crash. It doesn't matter what I am doing. Playing Battlefield 4 on all ultra settings or having only Facebook open has caused it to crash in the past.

Anyone know what could be causing the problem? I've included a zipped folder of the files that the SF Diagnostic Tool gathered.

A stop 0x124 is considered to be a hardware error; and it is to be recovered at first.

Are you overclocking? The CPU is showing some extreme Maximum speed.

As you are getting BSODs, you should stop overclocking and run all the hardware components like CPU, GPU and RAM to their default settings.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.

Stress test the CPU.
Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95

Nope, I haven't overclocked my machine at all, everything is at their stock speeds. I have no idea why the CPU is showing a max speed of 7 GHz (wow!).

When I ran memtest in the past, it was only after 1 pass had completed so tonight I'll just let it run overnight and seethe results in the morning.

Already tested the GPU with Furmark with quality set at ultra and it did alright. I'll update this post with the screenshot of the results when I get back home.

I haven't run prime95 yet. Will make an update of how that goes tomorrow after memtest86 finishes.

Alright, I've finished running all the tests and here are the results:

Memtest86+ - 16 Hours 8 passes later no errors

Furmark - No artifacts or overheating problems after 45 minutes

Prime 95 - CPU got pretty hot but no crashes or errors after 2 hours

And once again, I haven't overclocked my system at all and I am using the stock coolers that it came with.
