    • Uninstall DAEMON Tools Lite from the Add/Remove Programs. | → then type appwiz.cpl and press the Enter key. After the reboot follow the quote below to verify its removal.

    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\DAEMON Tools Lite

Download SPTD standalone installer from Disk-Tools.com, and execute the downloaded file as guided below :

    • Double click to open it.
    • Click this button only:
    • If it is grayed out, as in the picture, there is no more SPTD in your system, and you just close the window.
Clear your startup by following this tutorial.

    Keep us posted :) .

From the new dumps I see a conflict between NOD32 and Asus Data Security Manager.

    Code:
    lmvm AsDsm

    fffff880`012ed000 fffff880`012fa000 AsDsm T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: AsDsm.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\AsDsm.sys
        Image name: AsDsm.sys
        Timestamp: Fri Feb 13 08:14:26 2009

    Please remove the software.
    Code:
c:\program files (x86)\asus\asus data security manager
