    Please help with dmp file

    Hello All,
I'm having a problem with my PC, sometimes after removing USB and eSATA drives via safe remove Windows freezes when shutting down. If I wait for it eventually will restart on its own with a recovery from crash notification.
I have attached the SF Diagnostics folder, can please someone help me figure out what driver or file is causing this? The dmp of this error is the last one in the list (110113-33078-01.dmp).
    Thanks a lot!

The BSOD is caused by Generic Marvell 61xx RAID Controller (c:\windows\system32\drivers\mv61xx.sys).
    Code:
    BugCheck 1000009F, {4, 258, fffffa8009a71b50, fffff80000b9c510}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for mv61xx.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for mv61xx.sys

    Probably caused by : mv61xx.sys ( mv61xx+430a )

    Followup: MachineOwner

And the driver is old. And Marvell SATA/SCSI drivers are always problematic.
    Code:
    fffff880`00da0000 fffff880`00de7000 mv61xx T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: mv61xx.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\mv61xx.sys
        Image name: mv61xx.sys

It appears that you dont use RAID setup. Am I right in this point?

If so, boot into BIOS and disable any Marvell RAID option there.

Then Search in Control Panel> Programs and features. Uninstall Marvell 61xx driver

    Let us know the result.

Thank you so much for your reply.
If I disable Marvell RAID, will I still be able to use my eSata external drives normally? I remember enabling it for that reason.
    Your help is greatly appreciated.

This seems to have solved the problem, but I cannot be sure until further testing as time goes by.
Thank you so much Arc. I really appreciate your effort and time.
I'll be back in case the problem comes back. Fingers crossed!
