BSOD Driver IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL (NETIO.SYS) when i open utorrent

I've gotten the BSOD 3times when i open utorrent. Is it because i'm using Windows 8.1 in its beta stage?

    Welcome to 7F :) .

Unfortunately files are missing, so I'm not getting the full picture.
Please run the SFDT again and let it run its course it can take 15min at times to collect all the data necessary.
There should be eight files generated not including the dumps.

I what I do see from the dump files is that your Atheros WLAN driver is from January
and that McAfee is also in the mix.

I would first update the Atheros driver and if that doesn't cut it remove McAfee
at least for trouble shooting purposes.

    Code:
    0: kd> lmvm athw8x

    fffff800`026c1000 fffff800`02a4a000 athw8x T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: athw8x.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\athw8x.sys
        Image name: athw8x.sys
        Timestamp: Thu Jan 17 11:15:39 2013

    Code:
    lmvm mfehidk

    fffff800`00723000 fffff800`007dc700 mfehidk T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: mfehidk.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\mfehidk.sys
        Image name: mfehidk.sys
        Timestamp: Wed Nov 07 00:47:12 2012

Please upload the rest of the files.

Thanks for the files :) , please update the driver.

No code has to be inserted here.

As I said above we might have to remove McAfee as well.

This is somewhat widespread and possibly an issue with the package, (the installer) I've asked for an advice it should be here sooner rather than later hang tight!

    @YoYo155,
It looks like the OP's driver is newer than the one in your link in post #4.

You can't go by Dell's release dates :-(

    Hi DanaC,

Kindly check this driver below which is compatible to Windows 8.1:

    Driver Details | Dell US

And, can you let us know why are you still using the BETA version when official 8.1 is already out. It could cause problem with the system as well.

Earlier driver posted seems to be compatible with Windows 8 only. Please check and let us know how it goes.

Kindly update your system specs here by following this.
