If you have a crash dump, post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions. May be we can have some more information from those.

I think my computer gave me false hope just to screw with me. The first dump was after the chkdsk but since then there have been no new dumps. I've gone through a couple crashes some with a new apc_index_mismatched error and no dumps have been made. When I ran verifier it crashed 3 times. Each time the blue screen blamed the nvidia driver but each time it froze on initializing disk. Interesting part it didn't crash when left idle. I would surf the net but the instant I opened skype - instant crash. Second time I went straight to skype another instant crash. The third time I tried to open the event viewer then I crashed. This computer is driving me mad. I'll upload the one dump I have but beyond that I have no clue what to do.

Update: Did a clean install. New graphics card, same ram. No crashes at first but now they're back and getting worse. Different messages. Cpu goes real high. Not typing much because this is my 5th attemp to post before it crashes. Doing weird freezes without a blue screen. Okay seeing as it hasn't frozen yet I'll type more. While I attempted to post before my cpu was going really high! The crashes seemed to happen more often once I installed windows updates. I just want to figure out whats going on. Attached all my information. Oh! When I was first re-installing windows it was going real slow. Installation would take 6 hours and log-in was real slow. Basically everything was just really slow. I couldn't figure out why. I ended up taking the battery out for five minutes and when I put it back in everything worked! Just something I thought would be interesting

Checked a few of the todays crash dumps, and all are totally different to each other.

At this point it is safe to say that it is a Hardware related issue.

I hope you have already performed Memtest and furmark?

Stress test the CPU.
Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95

Do it and let us know the results. Also let us know the system temps: Speccy - Publish Snapshot of your System Specs .

Other then the low fps furmark gave me no trouble as usual. I think I've found the problem and it's my worst nightmare. I think it's my cpu. I ran prime95 and while worker #1 worked fine on core 0 worker #2 had a fatal error on core 1. Right away without even giving it much time. So I guess the verdict now is to find a new cpu? Could you point me to some decent ones? I know this motherboard is very specific about it's processors so that makes it harder. Damn I have replacement parts for every other part of the computer but the one that breaks down is something I don't have a replacement for.

Your existing CPU is decent enough. It is your bad luck that it comes out to be faulty, but in practice CPUs are most stable hardware. If a replacement is needed, replace it with an exact identical one.

Personally, before saying that the issue is solely caused by CPU, I would prefer to see the system temps as expressed in my just earlier post; and will make it 100% sure that the CPU is not overclocked.
