    BSOD IRQL_Not_Less_OR_EQUAL STOP: 0x0000000A

I have gotten this screen 4ish times today, I am running Utorrent, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Word. I have no idea where to start. I have downloaded and followed the instructions as best as possible.

Know that I have next to no computer knowledge. I searched for answers in other threads but I really don't know what I am dealing with

This seems to be a easy bugcheck, your Intel 5100 wifi driver is very outdated, and seems to be causing a illegal page fault. Please update the driver from here - https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx

You also appear to be running two anti-virus programs, which can cause serious conflicts and crashes for your system. Please remove both of these programs, and then install the recommended free alternatives.

    Remove:

    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\Norton AntiVirus
    Start Menu\Programs\Norton Identity Safe
    Removal Tool - https://support.norton.com/sp/en/uk/...rProfile_en_us

    Remove:

    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\McAfee
Removal Tool - How to uninstall or reinstall supported McAfee products using the Consumer Products Removal tool (MCPR)

Install and perform full scans with:

Remember to install the free version of Malwarebytes not the free trail; untick the free trial box during installation. MSE is the most lightweight and compatible with the Windows 7 operating system

Yes that is the driver you'll need, and have removed those programs?
