Randomly BSOD while downloading. (6 BSODs in 2 days)

hello, I've MSI GT70-20D originally comes with windows 8 x64, I've upgraded to windows 8.1 and had the same random BSOD's. I went to MSI site to see how to install windows 7 x64 & I did find the official drivers for windows 7 x64. installed windows 7 x64 with no problems, games run much better on windows 7 than windows 8 which I had crashes all time. when I leave my laptop on to download for 4 or 5 hours I get back to see the blue screen every time. please I need an advise before I got to msi, maybe my problem is not huge.

BSOD randomly twice in two days since fresh format

Two different BSOd's in two days, happens randomly
Hello everyone, I recently installed a new motherboard and I think that may be the cause of my problems. I tried reading the dump files myself, but I'm no expert. What I picked out (from the two most recent BSOD's) is a USB 3.0 Accelerator (ASUS software) driver failure BSOD and a CPU hardware...
