Welcome to SF .

Unfortunately files are missing, so I'm not getting the full picture.
Please run the SFDT again and let it run its course it can take 15min at times to collect all the data necessary.
There should be eight files generated not including the dumps.

From the dumps, we see an outdated driver.

sorry about that. i think this one contains some of those missing files, probably ziped it before it was finished.
in any case i tried that link that you send me and i know im missing the latest intel ethernet driver but using intel driver update utility caused my computer to crash all 3 times that i tried. i will post another attachment after it is done.

It does that sometimes, it's rare but it happens :\ .
It bug checks when running cpudrv64.sys.

Anyway, now that I have the rest of the files I can link you directly to the file .

thanks again, so i have that installed and it didn't crash yet so i think thats a good sign. in any case this is the crash dump from the crashes caused by the intel driver updater utility. im not sure if you need it but i figure it doesn't hurt to post it.

As I said before,
Code:
BugCheck 1E, {ffffffffc0000096, fffff880098fb912, 0, 0}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for cpudrv64.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for cpudrv64.sys
Probably caused by : cpudrv64.sys ( cpudrv64+1912 )
But The MSINFO32 files doesn't show that the Intel Ethernet driver was updated,
was it created before the update?

I also see you have other internet connection adapters, please remove them / disable them if not in use.
