BSOD with volsnap.sys on it + some other things

I've experienced BSOD with volsnap.sys in it today (it restarted my PC). I ran sfc scan and it showed me this after the scan:

    C:\Users\User>sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
    Verification 100% complete.
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of th
    em.
Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example
    C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log

I uploaded CBS.log file in this post.

also here's the crash dump from WhoCrashed:

On Sun 17.11.2013 12:41:10 GMT your computer crashed
    crash dump file: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: volsnap.sys (volsnap+0x19D6E)
    Bugcheck code: 0x7E (0xFFFFFFFFC0000005, 0xFFFFF8800108BD6E, 0xFFFFF88007CDF908, 0xFFFFF88007CDF160)
    Error: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
    file path: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\volsnap.sys
    product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
    company: Microsoft Corporation
    description: Volume Shadow Copy Driver

Also there have been some other crashes and restarts like a week or two ago, but computer has worked perfeclty after that day without any issues. I've used my driver cleaner, installed newest AMD ATI Catylst drivers for my HD7770 graphic card.
I checke my RAM with 1-2 passes with MemTest86+ and there weren't any issues. Also checked both of my hard drives with official software (short and medium test), no problems. No spyware and malware either, scanned and cleaned everything wit Malwarebytes.
Could you figure out anything from that log file please and is there some system file to be replaced and how?

I don't know what's the problem but when I start SF Diagnostic tool (started it in Admin mode), nothing happens when I press "grab all". It seems that it only works when I click those options one by one.
I also hope somebody could analyze my CBS.log file so I know which system files are corrupted and how to replace them.
