Please follow these steps here - Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot

You may also want to try and boot with a Linux LiveCD/USB, and then post the dump files from there.

They will located at these two directories, check both:

    Code:
    C:\Windows\Minidump
    or
    Code:
    C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP

    Graphics crashing.

Remove the graphics card. Use another good graphics card with Up-to-date drivers to see the situation.

You are saying that you have removed one nvidia GPU, but we dont know at what situation. So we cannot say that the failure is equivalent with two different GPUs. You may use the Nvidia GPU again and if it crashes again let us see the crash dump.

And, it appears that you dont have the onboard graphics option with your motherboard?
