BSOD idle in Windows, error 0x000000f4

Hello,

Since last week i have been getting random lock-up's or BSOD's.
I have not changed any OC settings and actually down tweaked the OC by 200Mhz just to be on the safe side.

Memory is @stock settings and voltage.

The only thing is that one drive keeps dissapearing (e:\) but when i fidle with the cable (when power if off)it reapears on next boot.

This could be the problem since i have programs autostarted with Windows from more then 1 drive location.

I hope i did the error logging correct and i will wait patiently for someone that might be able to help me with this error.

With kind regards,

Hello,

Thank you for your response.
Attached is a screenshot of the Vertex3 SSD

I have used Windows checkdisk a few days ago and there were no lost files or sectors marked as unusable.
I have removed the Deamontools and used the seperate spdt.sys uninstaller.
I have used the TDSSKiller rootkit removal tool successfully (no visual reporter)
Online Virusscanner shows nothing.
I used some seperate uninstallers but these did not find anything to uninstall.

When looking into msconfig:
Boot and startup folders where loaded with utils and progs that i installed long ago.
Strange that these programs still show up in the boot list...

I unchecked about 20 boxes and rebooted my pc (the first time after all formentioned steps)
The boot time after login time has increased a bit, but all over response time (click and active) "seems" faster.

At this moment i have no weird "stuck in Windows or BSOD yet"

Crossing fingers ......

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 0000000000000000, The address that the exception occurred at

Yup,

FW is up to date (2.50) but there are problems with this FW (and the common SandForce SF2281 controller issue) so this update has been removed from OCZ's page and for the "moment" (3 months ago) only support 2.25.

I always uninstall my old drivers with this tool but, when i pressed the uninstaller from Windows it crashed after 5 seconds or so.

I tried it second time and it worked flawelessly (Nvidia driver issue maybe?)
Installing the latest WHQL 331.82 drivers my pc seems to have some things fixed for me:

Enable/disable SLI does not hang the computer (did it like 10 times inbetween 3 boot sequences.
Switching extend screen is allot faster.

No BSOD so far
