BSOD help (bad pool header & irql less or not equal)

Hello,

I have a new pc:

CPU: Intel Core i7 4770
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120 GB
HDD: Western Digital caviar blue 1TB
Memory: G.Skill 4X4GB
GPU: Zotac GTX760

After installing windows 8.1 and official drivers from the web and discs, twice, I keep getting BSOD, bad pool header & irql less or not equal randomly. I installed windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, hoping it would solve the problem, but i keep getting the same blue screens crashs.

could it be a hardware related problem?
is it possible that Zotac GPU and the on board GPU clash? becase i disabled the on board device.

Thank you.

Thaks for your reply Glenda.

I've returned the pc back to the store for a checkout.
They found a problem with the GPU, which they have replaced and also did a BIOS update.

Unfortunately after I reinstalled windows 7, I connected a TP LINK (USB), before any driver installation, I downloaded Chrom, and during its installation I got a blue screen.

So, by this cronologic order, in which the drivers handn't been installed yet, on what could I blame the BSOD?

After a second checkout at the computer lab, in which they did different tests and ran it all night long, without the computer crashing even once ,I took it back home and replaced all devices conected (screen, mouse, keyboard) without connecting the TP LINK device at all.

I used only the USB2 plugins to connect the mouse, and connected the keyboard threw a PS input.
And so, I checked each and every USB input with a flash drive, giving each a couple of hours.
Although it was not immediate, after pluging in a USB3 on the front of the pc I got a BSOD.
all other plug ins where fine except another USB3 exit on the back.

Don't know if I'm going with a good lead... heres the lateset report.

Thank you

an updated SFTD

Two more bsod.

one during a Mdsched.exe memory check, and another during an error-check scan on my SATA drive.

I've rescanned both and they turned out to be fine.

I have abandoned the USB test that was not decisive and started a RAM test.
first stick out of 4 was BSOD free for 3 days.

fingers crossed...

Sorry I couldn't reply sooner.

Since you removed one of the sticks did you try to trigger a BSOD when using the USB3.0 ports?
