    Restart does not work

    Hi,

I can't restart my computer when I am on windows 7.
    Halt works correctly
When I try to restart, windows shut down ok, and then the computer does nothing (it's not powered off, but screen display nothing, not even the bios).
Restarting from another OS (linux) works fine so it's not a hardware issue.

Attached, a zip file as instructed in BSOD post instructions, even if there is no BSOD here.

    Thanks.

The zip you uploaded contains only one crash dump, and that is of 03/11/2013.

And, the BSOD is stop 0xA0000001.
    Code:

This is inherent with AMD/ATI display drivers.

Update your ATI/AMD display driver to 13.11 WHQL.
You can get it from the link in our forum, Latest AMD Catalyst Video Driver for Windows 7, or you may go to AMD Graphics Driver and Software and opt for Automatically Detect and Install the appropriate driver for your card.

During installation, you may opt for advanced installation, and install the display driver only, not the Catalyst Control Center.

    Let us know the results.

Updating the dirver fixed the issue.
I didn't think the graphic driver could do that.
    Thanks !
