    It is failing on various components. Network, display, Storage controllers, etc. One example ....
    Code:
    fffff880`069546e8  fffff880`06eb643aUnable to load image VBoxVideoWddm.sys, Win32 error 0n2
    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for VBoxVideoWddm.sys
    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for VBoxVideoWddm.sys
     VBoxVideoWddm+0xd43a
    It is the display driver, which is a component of the Guest additions. But guest additions are the latest themselves.
    Code:
    fffff880`06ea9000 fffff880`06fb3000   VBoxVideoWddm T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: VBoxVideoWddm.sys
        Image path: VBoxVideoWddm.sys
        Image name: VBoxVideoWddm.sys
        Timestamp:        Tue Oct 15 16:13:05 2013 (525D1C39)
        CheckSum:         00050EE4
        ImageSize:        0010A000
        Translations:     0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
    May be it is all due to an old version of VirtualBOX software.
    Code:
    BiosVersion = VirtualBox
    BiosReleaseDate = 12/01/2006
    I would suggest you to update the program.
